A well-established Omaha law firm seeks an experienced Corporate Law Attorney with 10+ years of expertise to join our team. We offer a collaborative, client-focused environment and work with a diverse range of businesses.

Key Responsibilities:

Advise clients on corporate governance, mergers & acquisitions, and business transactions.
Draft and negotiate contracts and legal documents.
Counsel on regulatory compliance and corporate litigation.
Build and maintain client relationships, and assist in business development.
Mentor junior attorneys.

Qualifications:

JD from an accredited law school.
Active Nebraska bar membership (or eligibility).
10+ years of corporate law experience.
Strong contract negotiation, drafting, and litigation skills.
Excellent communication and analytical abilities.
