Overview We are hiring an Associate Creative Director, Copy to join our team. Please include the link to your portfolio / website with you application. This is someone who masters their craft, can lead a team to success, constantly elevates the quality of the work and when needed rolls up their sleeves and does the work that needs to be done. A conceptual 360 thinker across a variety of briefs, and will be focused on craft, production and executional perfection. They’re strategic, can build a strong client relationship, build relationships within the agency, and knows these are all means to an end: making breakthrough work for the brands, that is recognized in pop culture and celebrated by the audience. They immerse themselves in everyday brands, culture and the creative industry. They will have already picked up prestigious awards in their career but they are hungry for more; striving to innovate and especially to win in emerging categories. This person obsesses about the details. Someone who can simplify ideas and express themselves clearly. Someone who can think outside of their own comfort zone, is highly strategic and flexible in a fast paced environment. Someone who is kind and inspirational. Qualifications A minimum of 7 years of copywriting for well-known brands. Evidence of strong digital/social/experience work is essential. A thought leader with a strong POV but also has an open mind; is ready to listen and learn. Understands the “best in class” use of each platform. You know what it means to be make something interesting, engaging and creative in the world today. Ability to concept innovative ideas and tactics that people will talk about. Always envisioning the potential outcomes of each idea; thinking through the earned media headlines, potential media responses, consumer reactions and tweets etc. Proven experience
