Job Description

Responsibilities

• Design and build scalable front-end and back-end applications for Vegas Loop operations and tunneling projects.
• Design and manage relational database schemas, optimize queries, and support secure data storage.
• Create reporting tools and dashboards for real-time scheduling and operational-efficiency insights.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to align tools with business needs and industry practices.
• Maintain system reliability and provide troubleshooting support during Vegas Loop operational hours.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in software engineering or computer science, or equivalent experience.
• Front-end and back-end web development experience from internships or school projects is sufficient.
• Experience with React, Angular, or Vanilla JavaScript and Node.js, Go, or Python.
• Strong knowledge of relational databases, including schema design, query optimization, and data management.
• A portfolio of deployed web applications.
• Strong independent debugging, quantitative reasoning, communication, and cross-team collaboration skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and stay current with industry trends.
• Preferred experience includes AWS, cybersecurity and secure coding practices, and iOS development.
